GLH--811PE-2 fermentation defoaming agent is specially used for biological fermentation.
The product has a high technical starting point and now is the latest generation of defoaming agent in this industry.
It has overcome the shortcomings of the traditional silicone defoaming agent :short defoaming or anti-foaming time.
Widely used in all kinds of biological fermentation process ,
such as penicillin, streptomycin, erythromycin, nothromycin, gentamicin, tetracycline, gentamicin, antibiotics,
vitamins, xanthan gum, yeast, Jinggangmycin, enzyme preparations, biological pesticides, monosodium glutamate and alcohol .
Products characteristics:
1. Good defoaming effect, long term of foam inhibition, can control the foam formation in fermentation process .
2. No toxic side-effect to the microorganism.
3. Small dosage, if only used for defoaming, normally 0.01-0.15% can achieve good results.

Usage method :
Use it directly after high temperature sterilization,stirring and cooling .
It has a long term of foam inhibition effect. The foam removing speed will be more fast and more efficiency if
diluted by 1-5 times of water/ foaming liquid .
package : in 25kg,50kg of plastic barrel ,or 200kgs of iron drums
Storage and transportation: this product is non-toxic ,non flammable ,can be stored and transported as normal chemical articles.
Keep it under cool and dry place ,try to avoid long time and strong sunshine . Shelf life : 6months at room temperature.
