Additional Notes for the Alumina Additives Products
1. Dispersity : This product can be used directly , also can be used after dispersited by a large proportion of water . If need to use it after dispersed by water, firstly only add 1/3 of the required water slowly with stirring, then add all the left required water quickly. The dispersed product will be uniform microcosmically while unstable macroscopically. After long time storage ,the effective substances will be enriched in the upper or lower layers with the temperature changes, but it can still be used after slight stirring, because the product properties are same as before.
2. Storage stability : The appearance of this product is very stable under room temperature,so it can be stored for long time. If the product is stored in an open place and the temperature difference between day and night is big, the product appearance stability will be damaged, and the internal viscosity uniformity and other physical indexes of the product may be changed after long time, even could be laminated . However, the chemical properties and the microstructures of the emulsion will be not changed, so the product performance will be not affected.
3. Thermal stability : In the case meeting a long-time high temperature of above 50 ℃ , local thinner liquid or thicker liquid may appear in the upper or lower portion of the product, because of the long time heating, water has been condensed after evaporation or the viscosity decreased after heating, which results in a different sedimentation,but it will not affect the performance of the product.
4. Microtherm stability : The product will be frozen and lose its fluidity after long time stored under -2.2 ℃. Before use it ,you can put it in a room temperature for thawing naturally to the original state . After thawing, the surface and bottom layer may be varied slightly, but the properties of the product are not affected.
5.Shelf time: The chemical properties and emulsion microstructure of the product during the storage time are never changed,so the shelf life of the product mainly refers to the mildew property. In case out of the shelf time , the surface of the product may appear yellowish, pink or black spots, we call it mildew ,which is caused by the microbial action , but it is independent of the performance of the product. Anyway ,we suggest to use up the products as much as possible within the shelf time .
