Talking about Several Treatment Methods of Organic Compounds

1. All enterprises should realize VOC emission by March 15, 2011 in all painting production lines. <5 Furniture manufacturers should submit VOC monitoring speeches issued by monitoring organizations approved by our committee within one year by April 30, 2011. According to the requirements of HJ/T397-2007 of Technical Specification for Monitoring Fixed Source Exhaust Gas, all exhaust manifolds should be rectified and sampling operation platform installed. All rectified exhaust manifolds should not be less than 15m and should be higher than the maximum building with a radius of 200m. Other specific requirements are detailed in Annex 2 of Specification Requirements for Sampling Ports and Sampling Operating Platforms.
2. Furniture manufacturer's painting exhaust gas is usually multi-port emission, and the amount of engineering work is large and the investment is high. Therefore, enterprises are encouraged to merge the exhaust cylinders in the same workshop, and then to modify the merged exhaust cylinders and install the sampling platform.
3. In order to better carry out the standardization of VOC exhaust canisters, furniture manufacturers can consult the city environmental monitoring center station. Enterprises can take pictures of the panorama of all painting production lines and all waste exhaust outlets, and send them to the Municipal Environmental Monitoring Center Station, which will provide suggestions for rectification to assist enterprises in rectification.
4. In order to encourage furniture manufacturers to carry out the renovation of painting production line, the Committee decided that the above-mentioned exhaust pipe specifications could be temporarily waived for production lines that already use water-based paint and UV paint.
5. Furniture manufacturers should submit VOC monitoring speeches issued by monitoring institutions approved by our Committee within one year by April 30, 2011. The list of monitoring institutions can be obtained by consulting the Municipal Environmental Monitoring Center.
